You will use the ScaleLab Recruiter Panel to track your prospects, applications, and linked channels.
- Work with a partner manager on executing a recruitment strategy
- Pitch and close prospective creators
- Represent the ScaleLab brand with the highest level of professionalism
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience recruiting YouTube channels
- Passionate about online video
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to detect and deny fraudulent channels
- Strong team player
Bonus Skills and Experience
- Fluency in both English and a second language
- YouTube certification in Audience Growth
- Have a strong social media presence (blog, YouTube channel, Facebook page, Twitter account, etc.) with a large following
Compensation / Benefits
- You will receive 30% of the network earnings for every channel you recruit for one year after the channel links with ScaleLab.
